Gem Squad Journeys is the youth division of Diamond Transport, a mentorship-based luxury transport program designed exclusively for girls ages 13–21.
Every Gem Squad ride is led by a highly trained, fully vetted female driver who serves not just as a driver, but as a role model, a protector, and a guide. These aren’t basic rides. These are confidence-building, safety-driven experiences that help young women grow, explore, and step into their full potential.
We provide safe travel, structured mentorship, real-world life-skill development, optional workshops, and a consistent support system parents can trust.
