Who can book a ride with Diamond Transport?
Diamond Transport is designed with women and VIP clientele in mind, but we welcome all riders who value luxury, safety, and professionalism. Our services are ideal for executives, public figures, event guests, and anyone who appreciates elevated transportation.
Are your chauffeurs armed?
Diamond Transport prioritizes safety, professionalism, and discretion. Select chauffeurs are certified in firearm safety and hold valid Georgia Weapons Carry Licenses. For clientele requiring an elevated level of protection, enhanced security services, including armed chauffeur options, may be requested as an add-on feature, subject to availability and applicable laws. All drivers are extensively trained in de-escalation, situational awareness, and trauma-informed service to ensure safety is maintained with calm, controlled professionalism at all times.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the greater Atlanta metropolitan area, with select routes extending to surrounding counties, private airfields, and luxury event venues. If you need service beyond the metro area, please inquire with our concierge.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, though same-day and on-demand service may be available for members or based on driver availability. VIP clients with Diamond Tier Membership receive priority, guaranteed scheduling.
Can I request a specific driver or vehicle?
Absolutely. Diamond frequent rider members and returning clients may request a preferred chauffeur and select from our premium fleet. Every effort is made to honor personalized preferences to ensure a seamless, tailored experience.
What safety measures do you use during the ride?
Every ride includes GPS tracking, encrypted route data, chauffeur distress protocols, and optional interior security cameras. Our vehicles are inspected and sanitized between every guest.
Do you offer services for high-profile or celebrity clients?
Absolutely. We specialize in discreet, high-end service for public figures and VIPs. Our chauffeurs are trained in confidentiality and non-intrusive protocol for high-visibility passengers.

How do I become a member?
Joining Frequent Riders Club is seamless and designed with your convenience in mind. You can apply online through our membership portal, opt-in through your ride profile, or express interest directly with your chauffeur. Once enrolled, you’ll receive a personalized welcome package and gain immediate access to exclusive benefits including priority booking, ride credits, luxury perks, and invitations to private Diamond Circle events.
Can I cancel or reschedule my ride?
Yes. Cancellations made more than 4 hours before your scheduled ride incur no penalty. Rescheduling is always free and subject to availability. No refunds will be given if cancelled within the four hours window before scheduled pickup.
